Preparing your home for Winter is a must. Here is a helpful checklist to get you started!

1. Reverse your ceiling fans

2. Divert any water 

3. Remove leaves from gutters

4. Completely drain outside faucets

5. Think about a freeze proof faucet

6. Have chimneys cleaned (in preparation for cozy Winter fire

7. Make sure your heater is in good order

8. Consider a generator (we sure get some big storms in North Idaho) 

9. Take steps to prevent ice dams

10. Check window and door seals and have the roof inspected
